Details:	SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: Randy Johnson stopped by Lane County office. One repeat sample was taken from original routine location. Water system is in financial difficulty and at this point only one repeat sample submitted. Printed out the public notice template for Randy to submit to all 7 home sites. Also printed out the shock chlorination information and coliform/Ecoli health effects. Randy said a possible leak in the pipe from the spring box to the first home site was caused by an animal chewing on the exposed pipeline. Proposing to fix the leaky pipe, shock chlorinate the system and submit a special sample. Will take as many temporary routine samples as financially possible before the end of October 2011. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. Submit copy to Lane County.
