| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Dan Reitz and left a message for Andrea Scofield. Three of the 4 repeat samples positive for coliform. Still needing a sample from the source to complete the repeat samples. Told the water provider to check for leaky pipe/broken valves etc. Keep public notice posted and updated. Send copy to Lane County. Recommend shock chlorinating the system again for longer period. No tenants are currently drinking the water. No campers at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results from source sample. Need 5 temporary routine samples by end of November 2011 | ||
