Details: SUMMARY: Respond to Lead and copper MCl DETAILS: Emerald Valley exceeded lead. Over 2x the level. Result at 3 of the 5 spaces. One sample was 0.03. Action level MCl for lead is 0.015. Explained that Water Quality Parameter (WQP) samples will be required. In process of putting together a letter for required tests and date submittals. ACTION NEEDED: Mail corrective action letter with required comply dates.
