| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP Stage I IDSE Report Past Due DETAILS: The DBP Stage I IDSE report for quarterly sampling completed in 2011 was past due (due 12/15/11) so I sent Bill the report template and called to get an update. He said he was working on filling it out, so I answered a few questions about the report and offered to review a draft once completed. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete and submit DBP Stage I IDSE report. | ||
