| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Contacted Sarah restaurant manager to let her know the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. I emailed her a total coliform public notice template and instructions on how to disinfect the well. I let her know the state will be looking for 5 temporary routine samples for December. On 12/1 I stopped by the restaurant to give further explanation on the public notice and drop off directions on proper sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed public notice and respond if needed to further sample results. | ||
