| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed compliance agreement deadlines DETAILS: I called Kelly to determine if the District had completed work on the action plan agreed to be submitted by December 31, 2011. Kelly stated that the District has been working to install booster pumps and has already determined locations for the pump, but neglected to complete the action plan. Kelly suggested that the District may not complete the operations manual or master plan by the deadlines for those actions, and we discussed signing an amended agreement if necessary.
