| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 11/14/11 DETAILS: Called contract company OMI and spoke with Jeff as Shawn has the day off. Jeff indicated they had already taken a triggered source sample at the well head and 3 repeats in the distribution system. I reminded him to be sure the 5 temporary routine for the month of December. He said he would be sure the samples are taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling and respond if necessary. | ||
