| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A sample collected at the source on 12/15/11 tested positive for coliform. I spoke with Cary Spiker regarding this sample he informed me it was an annual source assessment sample and not a routine distribution sample-- therefore, an alert should not have been issued. I spoke with and emailed Chuck Michael requesting that the sample be re entered as a source assessment sample. Note that Cary also informed me that a routine distribution sample was also collected and it tested absent. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is required. | ||
