Details:	Gene notified me that 3 of the 5 rp/tg samples were TC+ including the Montgomery well. Gene will investigate and inspect the well for any possible causes. Well is adjacent to a small lateral irrigation ditch. System will flush and chlorinate if necessary and resample. Will send level 1 investigation form.
