Details: SUMMARY: Respond to routine positives DETAILS: Spoke with Bill. Operator Shelly & Wayne were not reachable on the phone. Positive temporary routine sample at lot 8 hb requires 4 repeat samples submitted by the 15th of Dec, one from well #2 and 3 from within the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Keep public notice posted until coliform issue resolved. Submit repeat samples, 5 temporary routines required before the end of December 2011.
