| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I left a message with operator this morning. Karl contacted me this afternoon. He stated he is researching the problem and he will take samples tomorrow. He took 3 special samples total from the 3 spring sources. He stated there is a lot of air in the system which is scouring the pipes. I asked him to take the 4 repeat samples following his source samples. On 12/12/11 he isolated spring #2 after receiving a positive coliform sample at the source. He will continue to isolate the source until he can fix the problem. I reminded him of the 5 routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples ASAP and take 5 routine samples next month | ||
