| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I called Bill after receiving a call from the state (Fred kalish). Five source samples came back Ecoli positive. I talked with Bill about a boil water notice. I emailed a boil water template to follow. Bill has already begun to call the customers by phone. The state recommended increasing the chlorine residual to 1.5 until the problem is resolved. Bill has taken additional samples (special) to confirm source. I sent a well evaluation form to Tom Pattee for further review as requested by Fred Kalish. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice ASAP. Increase chlorine residual to meet contact time. Well evaluation. | ||
