| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate above half the MCL DETAILS: 11/28/11 Nitrate sample collected.. 12/7/11 Alert issued. 12/8/11 - I spoke with Charlie and informed him that nitrate monitoring will change to quarterly, for one year, beginning first quarter 2012. 12/9/11 I sent a letter to Charlie regarding the nitrate monitoring change and emailed a chemical schedule change request to the state.
