| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: System tested positive for coliform 12/6/11. Contacted Steve Jacobsen maintenance manager by phone on 12/9/11. Mr. Jacobsen stated he submitted 4 repeat samples to Umpqua Water Lab on 12/7/11. Results were reported to the system on 12/8/11 with all 4 repeats testing negative.
