Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Just got off the phone, 3:00pm. With Larry in regards to the positive result for their annual assessment of the well. He cant explain why the assessment sample was positive the well looks fine. Larry stated the wellhead and casing is okay, no visible contamination. He is planning to monitor chlorination system and submit another well sample next month. ACTION NEEDED: continue to monitor
