| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Jim called to report the detection prior to me receiving the alert. He feels he may have contaminated the sample during collection. The system has not had a coliform detection in over 10 years and Jim asked how many repeat samples were required. He is going to take 4 repeats including a well/source sample today. I also reminded him to take 5 temporary routines from the distribution in January 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat samples. | ||
