| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I called and spoke with Mark about the detection. He mentioned the outside tap was frozen and used an inside kitchen tap when he pulled the routine sample. He believes he may have contaminated it during collection. Mark has already taken 4 repeat samples and source/well sample. I reminded him to take 5 routines in January. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on repeat results. | ||
