| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sample results from 12/28/11 showed the presence of coliform. Spoke with Nate on 1/3/12. He said he had already submitted a single repeat as well as a source sample. Confirmed that 3 additional repeat samples are required as well as prior to months end 5 temporary routine samples. Discussed actions to disinfect system if any of the next sets of samples show presence of coliform. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples and 5 temporary routine samples. Public notice if any of the 9 above shoe presence of coliforms and 1 source sample. | ||
