| Details: | SUMMARY: TC/EC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: 1/27/12 - Received alert late Friday for TC and EC positive result from the routine sample collected 1/25/12. Spoke with Linda at the hatchery office. Employees including those housed onsite were informed of the sample result and advised to boil their water as a precaution. 1/30/12 - Spoke with hatchery manager Curtis Chan. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of three repeats from the distribution system plus one source sample from the wellhead. Those samples will be collected either 1/30 or 1/31. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on the repeat/source sample results. | ||
