| Details: | SUMMARY: Delinquent Monitoring DETAILS: In the process of reviewing an "open" plan review, it was discovered that this system has not been performing and reporting any water quality sampling/testing as prescribed starting in the spring of 2011. I spoke with Glen and reminded him that they are on a quarterly schedule for coliform sampling, quarterly sampling for arsenic, and annual sampling for nitrate. I asked him to call me once he had arranged for the sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for notification by Glen Walker that sampling has been initiated. The coliform results are needed to consider conditional approval of the use of the well at the church. | ||
