| Details: | SUMMARY: tap water causing illness DETAILS: I responded to a citizen complaint today regarding his wife getting sick from aparently drinking city of Creswell water. He stated that when she drinks bottled water the illness goes away. Doctor said illness possibly caused from bacteria. I let the complaintant know that the city has passed all water quality testing and that there is no apparent problems with the water at the city. He was concerned about Arsenic and I informed him that the city has fixed the Arsenic problem in 2009 and has had non-detect since then. I recommended contacting the City to see if they would be willing to collect a coliform test at this customers tap, if city wont, I recommend the complainant collect a coliform test and have it analyzed. ACTION NEEDED: test for colilform at ktichen faucet to rule out city water causing illness. | ||
