| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli in well source water assessment sample DETAILS: Talked to Jodi and Karin Denman about the results of the source water assessment sample that was positive for Ecoli. The plan is to take 5 confirmation samples of raw well water on 12/2/11 and shock chlorinate the well. Unfortunately these samples were invalid. Worked with Daniel Hough. Public notice was posted. Daniel calculated that there was adequate contact time. A chlorinated sample from the womens bathroom taken 12/2/11 was negative. (This sample was technically invalid as it was not on ice for the 2 hours it took to transport it to Pacific Analytical in Corvallis.) Jodi has a DBP test kit to measure and record chlorine every day. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
