| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform in 12/28/11 sample DETAILS: Glenn called regarding information on public notice due to the recent samples showing coliforms. He indicated this sample showing coliforms present, had come from the distribution system. Information from drinking water website was faxed but advised a public notice is not needed unless the one of the repeat samples came back with coliforms present. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples, 5 temporary routine samples, public notice if any of the 9 above show presence of coliforms. One source sample. | ||
