| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for three routine TC positive results from samples collected 2/2/12. Spoke with Barbara, the schools administrative assistant. The school has a new custodian, Devin Grabner, who replaced Willie Pflugrad. Devin is new at collecting the water samples and may not be familiar with the sample collection procedure. Sent Barbara the sample collection procedure and TCR public notice template for the MCL violation. Advised that a triggered source sample was required, and that five routine samples are required in March. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect triggered source sample, post public notice, send dated copy to DWP. Five routine samples to be collected in March. DWP to update contact information for the school. | ||
