| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for positive coliform DETAILS: The system had a positive colifrom. During the conversation it came to light that there was a aerator in the sink. We discussed the repeat sample sites and they system may have to add a source sample site prior to the reservoir. In the past they disassembled the piping to take a source sample. I asked they permanently add a sample tap for the source sample. The operation has been batch chlorinating once a month. I asked they stop doing so, I did not want the routine batch chlorination to interfere with source water problems. ACTION NEEDED: One repeat was taken 12/27/11 at the same location as the original positive. I asked that 3 more repeats be taken. One source sample and one upstream and one downstream from the original positive as soon as possible. Samples will most likely be taken 12/28/11 | ||
