| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat samples DETAILS: The results of all the repeat samples were positive for coliform.(5) The operator had the pump running for the last 2 days to overflow the tank. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice, operator to batch the tank to 2ppm and shock the well and then discharge that solution after 24 hrs. Operator to use 6% Clorox at the rate of 21.875oz/10,000 gal of water to equal 1ppm. About 1170 gal of water in the well. Use 12 pints of Clorox in the well and then rinse down. | ||
