| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 12/12/11 DETAILS: contacted the restaurant and spoke with the kitchen manager. He indicated the lab had contacted them and they are in the process of obtaining more sampling bottles. I let him know they will need 3 repeats and 1 triggered source sample at the well head. He said that is what the lab had told him. I also let him know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed in January. The restaurant has a new owner so I will update contact information. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary. Send updated contact info to the state. | ||
