| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 11/22/11 DETAILS: Amy called this office to let me know she just got the notice from the lab the sample taken 11/22/11 was positive for coliform. I let her know she needed to take 4 repeat samples immediately in the distribution system and a triggered source sample at the well. I let her know the lab should have notified her much sooner and that I would let Chuck Michael at the state know the lab was late in reporting a total coliform positive. I also let her know that she will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: Contact the state about the labs late reporting and monitor follow up samples. | ||
