Details: SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethylene detect for sample date 11/11/11 DETAILS: System is on annual testing schedule and testing is supposed to be done in the 4th quarter. System sampled in all 4 quarters in 2007-2008 and 4th quarter had the highest reading so it was determined the system continue to sample in the 4th quarter on an annual basis. ACTION NEEDED: Sample in 4th quarter.
