Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform sampel 1/9/12 DETAILS: David called this office 1/11/12 to let me know about the positive. He said he was also able to reach Kari Salis at the state. I let him know her would need a triggered source sample at each of the three wells. He will also need to take 4 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know he will have to take 5 temporary routine samples in February ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary
