| Details: | SUMMARY: One of 5 coliform positive 12/9/11 DETAILS: Called Mark to let him know about the positive sample. I let him know with the one positive sample it will require 3 repeats and a triggered source sample. He said he would get the repeat samples taken right away. He said he will plan on shock chlorinating the system if any of the samples come back positive. I let Mark know they will need 5 temporary routine samples in January ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary | ||
