Details: SUMMARY: Coliform reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Sam and discussed the routine coliform violations with him. He said no coliform samples were taken for the 2nd,3rd quarters of 2011. I informed him of the public notice requirement for failure to report. He will take a routine coliform sample this month and post a public notice and send a copy to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
