| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: I met with the operator out in the field to do a follow up inspection. I found the deficiency of no raw sample tap to be corrected. The chlorine injection point was moved further downstream toward the pressure tank. A new raw water sample tap was installed next to the well head before the chlorine injection. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies corrected. | ||
