Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to David regarding the positive test result. He did not know what may have caused it. He was not there when the person from the lab took the sample. He just went through a year of source sampling and only one positive coliform occurred. I reminded him to do the 4 repeats right away and 5 routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: none
