Details: SUMMARY: Phthalate detection alert DETAILS: I contacted the operator and informed him of the alert for Phthalate and the requirement to do quarterly testing for 4 quarters and then yearly. We will review the test results after 2 quarters to see if non detect. If non detect then he may not have to do the last 2 quarters. He agreed to start the testing this quarter. ACTION NEEDED: none
