| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I left message for Mr. Cho to call me. Jan.5 - I spoke with Mr. Cho on the phone and notified him of the positive coliform in routine sample. I informed him of the requirement to do 4 repeat samples right away with one of the 4 samples taken from the well. I also informed him to do 5 routines the following month from the distribution building system. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Cho will do 4 repeats and 5 routines | ||
