| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact regarding stray M&R violations DETAILS: I let Yogi know that his system had tallied up a few violations for housekeeping-type issues that could be easily avoided in the future. I sent him an email and pasted in the violations page for this water system. Twice they did not send in a copy of a Public Notice, and they also received violations because they did not mark a triggered sample under the "Source" section on the lab coliform sample forms. Thus the lab and database counted them as distribution samples. He sent me back copies of the PNs, but of course the violations will stand because they were not submitted on time. ACTION NEEDED: None - hope they can avoid these small errors in the future which result in violations. | ||
