| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolved priority non complier DETAILS: System did have a positive Ecoli sample in April 2011. The system took confirmation samples including the triggered sample from the well. The well did a boil water notice and super chlorinated the well. During the system survey in August no significant deficiencies were noted. The system had been sampling as required with no further issues. We consider this system to be in compliance with the Coliform and the system should be returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: State return the system to compliance | ||
