Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to operator, stated individual had been out to check the meter and had stepped on water line and let it run for 4 hours. Operator had scheduled 4 repeat samples and would do 5 special routine in December. Operator has issued public notice to customers and is shocking well. Requested that operator provide copy of public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor
