| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Tim Ryan called and informed me that one temporary routine collected on 12/13/11 tested positive. He says he will be collecting more than the minimum triggered and four repeats. We also discussed the five temporary routine required samples in January. 1/10/12 - The triggered repeat and five temporary routines have all tested absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: One triggered and four repeat samples are required to be collected within 24 hours. | ||
