| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 10/10/11 The triggered and all three repeat samples collected 10/7/11 positive. Donnie called and he has already shock chlorinated the system and after purging of chlorine will collect five temporary routines in November. 10/12/11 - Neilson Research called and said five repeats were submitted today and asked what they should do with them. I called Donnie and Denise, spoke with both of them, and they elected to have the lab discard these samples and will bring five temporary routines in during November. I called Neilson and updated them with this information. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in November. | ||
