Details: SUMMARY: Significatn deficiencies corrected DETAILS: The three significant deficiencies from the 10/25/11 survey have been corrected. I have received copies of the ASR, the cross connection ordinance, and a backflow testing report. Tim informed me he has sent the ASR and cross connection ordinance to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
