| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on corrective action plan from 2011 survey DETAILS: Marty called to inform me that he spoke with Rob Henry of HBH, and HBH cannot come out to the system until March to look at the appropriate on-line turbidimeter with alarm or auto-shut off for Berndt Creek to purchase, and prepare for tracer study, both as required by 2011 survey. I indicated that if Marty can forward the appropriate turbidimeter model information to me by March that would satisfy the informal corrective action plan schedule outlined in 11/22/11 correspondence from DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Marty to work with circuit rider to identify appropriate meter equipment and prepare for tracer study. Marty/HBH to provide update to DWP, including any workplan for tracer study in March after HBH site visit. DWP to provide support to address survey issues. | ||
