| Details: | SUMMARY: Discuss violation and public notices DETAILS: Violation for failure to sample in Oct-Dec 2011. I called the operators to advise them how to correct the violation. They could not access the internet so they stopped by the office. I walked them through the drinking water website and showed them how to create a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. | ||
