| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: At 10:00 2/1/12 David contacted out office via phone to discuss coliform water test result that resulted in a positive. The test was absent for Ecoli. Reminded David to collect 4 repeat samples one being a source sample. Reminded to take 5 additional temporary routine samples during February. David called to request technical assistance with Radioactive (RAD) sampling currently under way. He queried what tasks were remaining for him to achieve compliance. 2/2/12: David was informed that he has met all sampling requirements at the present time. Health Dept will submit appropriate forms to alter their sampling schedule according to the most recent test results. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat coliform samples and 5 temporary routine samples in February. New monitoring schedule for RAD sampling/ | ||
