Details:	SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Tony called to discuss the survey deficiencies. He mentioned the raw water tap and well vent screen have been installed. He also said he found a copy of the old Operation & Maintenance (OM) plan and said he was is the process of updating it. Tony had questions about the plan review requirements for their newer well. I put him in contact with Carrie Gentry at the state. He was also concerned about what to do with the bus washing station that is only about 30 feet from the well. I mentioned it does not meet the 100 setback requirement but to check with Carrie during plan review for the well and we will accept her recommendation/requirements. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on plan review and setback deficiencies.
