| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Sample taken 12/29/11 resulted in positive coliform. A boil water notice has been posted and water use restricted. Operator is replacing UV bulb and sleeve assembly on treatment system. Parts are expected to arrive 1/5/12. Once the system is back to full operation the operator will flush system and pull 4 routine samples from distribution system and one source sample. The boil order will remain in effect until negative coliform results are received. ACTION NEEDED: Pull 4 routine samples from distribution system and one source sample.
