| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Telephoned Michael concerning Ecoli source water failure on the 23rd of December. I informed him that an evaluation of his system would be done to determine if a 4 log reduction is occurring. Additionally, I contacted Scott Curry of the state drinking water program. Scott told me that he could evaluate the system and get back with me on the next course of action. Mr. Rainey stated he would shock chlorinate the well and take additional samples. ACTION NEEDED: If this system does not have a 4 log reduction as determined by an evaluation, then a boil water notice will need to be issued. | ||
