| Details: | SUMMARY: Feb SWTR Reporting and certified operator update DETAILS: Debbie called to inform me that the City may have lost turbidity and CT data from Feb 1 through Feb 17th. Data was entered into computer and may not be retrievable. Debbie stated that she believed that City has data record beginning Feb 18th for SWTR. I mentioned that a monitoring and reporting violation would be generated for non-reporting if City cannot produce data for any period during February, and City would need to report violation in 2012 CCR. Debbie also updated me about City entering into contract with a new treatment plant DRC, and new DRC-treatment will be meeting with crew shortly. ACTION NEEDED: City to complete new DRC designation form and send back to DWP w/in 30 days, with copy of contract. DWP to support City with all SWTR compliance questions and operator certification issues. | ||
