| Details: | SUMMARY: Compliance monitoring update DETAILS: spoke with Randy regarding compliance monitoring. Randy is sending in the application form to comply with 4 log inactivation of viruses. The contact time worksheet was assisted by myself and Casey Lyon in August 2011. The chlorine residual must be maintained at 0.72mg/L. I also notified Randy that a daily reading at the entry point must be documented and the log mailed to the Portland office on a monthly basis. Randy is aware of the requirements and is willing to comply. ACTION NEEDED: 4 log inactivation application must be submitted to the state office in Portland. | ||
